Home is where the
chocolate is made.

Tanya’s family has called Waiheke home since 1839, with deep roots stretching from Te Matuku Bay to the Onetangi bach.

The tides, beaches and backyard gardens shaped generations. Peter travelled from Newfoundland 20 years ago and stayed for love. Both trained pastry chefs, they chose to craft chocolate slowly, simply and with care. Island Batch is their way of sharing the island they call home.

A family of four standing outdoors under a tree on a sunny day. The man is on the left, wearing a black t-shirt and shorts. The woman is in the middle, wearing a gray top and green skirt. The two young women are on the right, one wearing a gray tank top and denim skirt, the other in a black floral dress. All are smiling and posing for the photo.
